Anthony J. Falco

Born at St. Margarets hospital in Dorchester, Mass and raised on the South Shore.

Music has always been the heartbeat of my life.        Live music especially. The energy of the Boston venues such as Avalon, the Channel, the Paradise to name a few...I loved it all.

I am proud of where I am from- Boston, Massachusetts. I love my city and the people in it. Same goes for America, and now Scotland apparently.

Sports mean a lot to me.

As do my children. Nothing means more to me than those three human beings standing next to me in the photo.     I am proud of who they are and who they are becoming.

Writing this book was quite the life experience. I loved every second of it. It was fulfilling, and cathartic.

Believe it or not, I learned a lot about myself by writing this novel. A lot of which is shared in the story.

Lastly, I am thankful to my ghost readers from Boston to Los Angeles, and all the way to Iceland. So, so grateful, and flattered. Thank you for championing me with a smile and eagerness to help. Your support means more than you know.

PS-

SIGN UP for sneak peaks for my forthcoming books. In no particular order. Also, like The Fathers' Pact there is no deadline. But I am anxious to put them out. When ready.

1. The Fathers' Pact

The Sequel-

2. Welcome to Boston, Layne-
A Day in Boston with Layne Staley

At the height of grunge in 1992, I stumbled into an unforgettable afternoon with Layne Staley, the 25-year-old lead singer of Alice in Chains.

This story is about how that day unfolded — and the quiet, unexpected lessons I learned through Layne’s words, his actions, and the way he carried himself. On stage, he was a powerful, once-in-a-generation voice. Off stage, he was a kind kid with an old soul.

I was only nineteen at the time.

It wasn’t until years later, with a little more life behind me, that I truly understood the impact those few hours had on me.

3. Lollapalooza Kid-

A Concerts Memoir of Sorts-

I bring you along for my journey back to the fond memories of the venues, clubs, and the shows I was lucky enough to attend in Boston, MA during the 90's and beyond.

Some highlights-

Beasties @ Avalon the night Check Your Head was released.

Jeff Buckley's intimate matinee show at Mama Kin's.

Lollapaloozas- Chapters worth.

Lowlights-

The rare time I turned down a show -Nirvana at Axis, Boston,MA. The same night Nevermind wad released.      Big mistake there, huge.
